Been going here off n on for over 40 years, and need to stop. Today, undercooked barely warm double burger, dried out onion rings. Kid at counter set my empty Med cup on counter "lip down". HELLO, where's the EC Health Dept. ? Most of the tables were filthy, as was pop/condiment area. This is likely THE worst BK in WNY. I'll be hurling the not-Flame Broiled , cold burgers soon....

Food at this location is consistently awful! Whoppers and burgers are never fresh and just thrown together with hardly any condiments. We have complained in the past, been given new food but who has time to do that over and over again? This place is a dump!

I ordered on the mobile app which told me that the camp road BK was open till 12am. So I placed my order and got off the highway and went to pickup my order. I pulled up to the drive threw and the guy at the tells me right way that they are closed and that they closed at 10pm. I said to he well I placed an o line order and it says u are open till 12am. He said no sorry but be closed at 10pm tonight. I said well what about my money I paid with a credit card. He said hold on let me get my manager. So the manager said sorry but u will have to come back tomorrow and we will give u a refund. I told him no I want my money back now I'm not from around here. He gave me back my money in cash. I then went online to see what Yelp, Google and there website says about what time they close. Everyone that I pulled up stated that they didn't close till 12am. I then had to drive 10 mins down the road in the opposite direction that I was headed to go to another BK that wanted to server me and was happy to take my money. It's sad that people dont want to do there jobs and make it so much harder on there customers. I will NEVER go to this BK EVER again!!!

Management is shot. Nasty little girl working there. Since my bf knows that she is a liar and a thief she refuses to serve us and god forbid she has to make a whopper is done with all the grace of a chimp with parkinsons. My sister worked there for a bit and when she quit that shit show they refused to mail her final paycheck. When asked by her mother who had to pick it up a mo th later, why they couldnt be bothered to mail it got "idunno" as a response. Not shocking. O viously its fast food nobodys going there for quality but my god, act like you can handle your job and stop being petty little brats or go work somewhere else. Too old to be taking jobs designed for kids anyway. Earn that minimum wage crybaby.

I am so frustrated with this Burger King it is the closest to my house but every time I go there there is a problem I just bought a whopper junior the other day that had one small piece of lettuce so much catch up and may all that it went all over my jacket the Burger is so small I just think they need to step up their game because it's frustrating when you order some I really want in a taste terrible
